Refund Policy – Six Sigma IAS Academy
At Six Sigma IAS Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services and a structured learning environment. To maintain fairness and operational integrity, the following refund policy applies to all enrollments:
1. Refund Eligibility (7-Day Window)
Students may request a refund within 7 days from the date of enrollment/payment. Refund requests made within this period will be considered, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
2. No Refund After 7 Days
No refund requests will be entertained after 7 days of enrollment under any circumstances. Once this period has passed, the fee shall be considered non-refundable.
3. Deduction Policy
Approved refunds (within 7 days) may be subject to administrative deductions, including:
Registration/processing fees
Cost of study material (if already provided)
Any applicable taxes or transaction charges
4. Mode of Refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days and will be credited through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
5. Non-Transferable Fees
Fees paid are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against another student, course, or future batch.
6. Batch & Course Changes
Requests for batch changes or course adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis but do not guarantee eligibility for a refund.
7. Disciplinary or Policy Violations
No refund shall be provided in cases of:
Misconduct or violation of institute rules
Expulsion or suspension
Non-attendance or lack of participation
8. Online Course Access
For online programs, once login credentials or course access has been provided, the course will be considered “consumed,” and refund eligibility may be limited even within the 7-day window.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
Any exceptions to this policy shall be solely at the discretion of the management.
By enrolling in any course at Six Sigma IAS Academy, the student agrees to abide by the above refund policy.
