Dr Shikha Darbari

Dr. Shikha Darbari is a distinguished civil servant who rendered exemplary services in the Indian Revenue Service for over three decades.
A former Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, she has served at the highest levels of India’s administrative machinery. As Under Secretary in the Tax Policy & Legislation Division of the Central Board of Direct Taxes, she directly assisted the Finance Minister in drafting the Union Budget for three consecutive years, contributing to the Finance Acts of 1998–2000.
Subsequently, as Financial Advisor and Joint Secretary in the Rajya Sabha Secretariat, she oversaw key Parliamentary Standing Committees on Education; Women and Child Development; Youth Affairs and Sports; and Tourism and Transport. She played a pivotal role in drafting parliamentary reports that helped shape national policy making.
Dr. Reeta Varshney

Dr. Reeta Varshney, a distinguished leader and Co-Founder of Six Sigma IAS, is driven by a vision to transform the way students prepare for competitive examinations. She also aims to enable aspirants to develop a disciplined mindset and ethical framework required for a successful and long career in the Indian Administrative Services.
As a healthcare administrator and pediatrician, she embodies the principles of Six Sigma as a mentor and encourages students to dream boldly, work with determination, and ultimately serve the nation with integrity and purpose.She is also the President of the Surevin Foundation Society, which imparts quality and technical education to rural children. Her administrative efficiency and strong leadership mindset over the last 35+ years have earned her the Presidentship of the Cancer and Heart Care Society.
Having worked as a Medical Superintendent in renowned hospitals across the NCR, she has been recognised as a COVID-19 frontline leader by the PMO, as she championed excellence in patient care and operational standards. With her expertise in student psychology, Dr. Reeta brings a nuanced understanding of the challenges faced by aspirants during their formative years.

Dr. Sarabjeet Kaur Arneja is a distinguished medical professional with an academic background spanning M.B.B.S. from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, an M.D. in Pathology from the Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute, and an M.Sc. in Molecular Pathology & Genomics from Barts Cancer Institute, London.
Drawing from a family legacy of civil service, she possesses a deep-rooted understanding of the dedication required to serve the nation. Dr. Arneja co-founded Six Sigma IAS out of a profound commitment to addressing the systemic gaps she observed in contemporary IAS coaching. Her vision is to bridge these deficiencies by providing aspiring students with access to high-quality, rigorous education. By integrating her diverse expertise and passion for excellence, she aims to redefine the standards of preparation for the civil services.
