Shipping & Delivery Policy
Six Sigma IAS primarily delivers its Services electronically and offline classes are also conducted. This policy explains how and when you receive what you purchase.
1. Digital delivery (courses, LMS access, recordings, e-material)
- On successful payment, your enrolment is activated and access to the relevant course on our Learning Management System (LMS) is granted to your registered account.
- Access is typically enabled immediately and, in any case, within 24–48 working hours of payment confirmation. Login details and access instructions are sent to your registered email/phone.
- If you do not receive access within this period, please contact our support team and we will resolve it promptly.
- For programmes that include live or scheduled classes, sessions are delivered as per the published schedule communicated to enrolled students.
2. Physical study material (where applicable)
- Where a programme includes printed books or material to be couriered, we dispatch it to the address you provide, ordinarily within 5–7 working days of payment confirmation (or of the material becoming available).
- Delivery timelines thereafter depend on the courier and your location, and are typically 3–10 working days within India. Tracking details, where available, are shared with you.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
3. No physical shipping for purely digital products
Most of our products are digital and involve no physical shipment. For such products, “delivery” means activation of access on the LMS as described above.
