Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when an order or enrolment can be cancelled. It should be read together with our Refund Policy.
1. Cancellation by you
- You may request cancellation of an enrolment by writing to our support email before you have accessed the course on the LMS / before classes have commenced, within the cooling-off window stated in our Refund Policy.
- Once you have accessed the LMS content, downloaded material, or attended a live/recorded session, the enrolment is treated as utilised and cancellation for refund is no longer available, save as expressly provided in the Refund Policy.
- To cancel, email us from your registered email address with your name, registered contact, course name and order/transaction reference.
2. Cancellation by us
- We may cancel an order if a payment fails or is reversed, if the order is suspected to be fraudulent or in breach of our Terms, or if a course cannot be run for reasons beyond our control.
- Where we cancel a confirmed, paid enrolment for reasons attributable to us (for example, a course we are unable to commence), we will refund the amount you paid for that enrolment in accordance with the Refund Policy.
3. Failed or duplicate payments
If your account is debited but the enrolment is not confirmed, or if you are charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with the transaction details. Verified failed or duplicate charges are refunded to the original payment method.
