These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.sixsigmaias.com and the related Learning Management System (together, the “Platform”), operated by RSR IAS Studies LLP under the brand “Six Sigma IAS” (GSTIN: 09ABNFR1642P1ZH) (“Six Sigma IAS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the Platform, registering for an account, or purchasing any course, programme, test series, study material or other product or service (“Services”), you (“user”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
2. Services and enrolment
- Course details, durations, modes of delivery (online / classroom / hybrid), fees and inclusions are described on the relevant product page. We may modify course content, schedules and faculty from time to time to improve the programme, without diluting the core value of an enrolled programme.
- Enrolment in a Service is confirmed only upon successful receipt of the applicable fee and our confirmation. Access to the LMS or classes is granted thereafter.
- Where a Service is delivered online, you are responsible for arranging a suitable device and internet connection.
3. Fees, taxes and payment
- All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless expressly stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Any taxes shown separately will be charged in addition.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways and banking partners. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV or net-banking credentials; these are handled directly by the payment gateway / bank in a secure environment.
- By making a payment you confirm that the payment instrument used is lawfully yours, or that you are authorised to use it.
4. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
- All content on the Platform – including lectures, recordings, notes, test papers, question banks, text, graphics, logos and the “Six Sigma IAS” name and marks – is owned by or licensed to RSR IAS Studies LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
- On enrolment we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content solely for your own examination preparation.
- You must not copy, record, download (except where a download option is expressly provided), reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, or share our content, or circumvent any access control. Unauthorised distribution – including sharing login credentials or recording live classes – is a material breach and may lead to suspension or termination without refund, and to legal action.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; not to upload malicious code; not to interfere with the Platform’s operation or security; not to harass faculty, staff or other users; and not to misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
6. Third-party links and services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (including payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimers
- Our Services are educational in nature. We do not guarantee selection, rank, marks or any specific examination outcome. Results depend on each aspirant’s own effort and on factors outside our control.
- The Platform and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the Platform available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSR IAS Studies LLP, its partners, employees and faculty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, arising out of your use of the Platform or Services. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSR IAS Studies LLP and its personnel from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your infringement of any third-party right.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or any policy, or if required by law. On termination, the licence granted to you ends and you must stop using the content. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) will survive.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last updated” date and will take effect on posting. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
