Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We want you to enrol with confidence. Because our Services give immediate access to high-value digital content (recorded lectures, notes, tests) and to scheduled live classes, the following refund terms apply.

1.  Cooling-off / before access

  • If you cancel within 15 days of payment AND before you have accessed any course content on the LMS, downloaded any material, or attended any live or recorded session, you are eligible for a full refund (less any payment-gateway / transaction charges that are non-refundable).

2.  After access has commenced

  • Once you have accessed the LMS content or classes have commenced, the fee is generally non-refundable, because the digital content and access have been made available to you.
  • At our discretion, and only in genuine, documented cases (such as a serious medical emergency), we may consider a partial refund or a credit toward another programme, after deducting for the portion of the course/validity already availed and applicable charges.

3.  Physical material

  • Where a fee includes printed material that has already been dispatched, the value of that material (and shipping) is non-refundable even where a partial refund is otherwise allowed.

4.  Non-refundable items

  • Registration / admission fees described as non-refundable at the time of purchase, payment-gateway charges, and any one-time access or kit charges are non-refundable.

5.  How to request a refund

  • Email your refund request from your registered email address to our support email, with your name, registered contact, course name and order/transaction reference, and the reason for the request.
  • We will acknowledge within 2–3 working days and, where a refund is approved, process it to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank/card issuer.

6.  Failed / duplicate transactions

  • Verified failed transactions where you were debited without enrolment, and duplicate charges, are refunded in full to the original payment method.

8.  Products / Services to be displayed

The bank requires that the products and services for sale are clearly displayed on the website, each with a description and price. Below is recommended copy you can use for a “Courses” / “Programs” page. Insert your actual fee figures in place of the placeholders. Each product should show: a clear name, a short description of what is included, the duration/validity, the price (inclusive of GST, or with GST shown separately), and a “Buy Now” / “Enrol Now” button.

Display guidance for the website build:

  • List every product/service you actually sell – the bank specifically asks that all products/services be displayed.
  • Show the price clearly, inclusive of GST (or with GST stated separately). Avoid “price on request” for items that can be bought online.
  • Each product card should link to a detail page and to the checkout (“Buy Now” / “Enroll Now”).
  • State the currency (INR) and that payments are processed securely via the bank’s payment gateway.

9.  “Buy Now” tab – checkout requirements

The “Buy Now” requirement is a website feature: each product must have a button that takes the customer through a clear purchase and online-payment flow via the ICICI payment gateway. This is implemented during the website/LMS build; the points below tell your developer what the page must contain so it satisfies the bank.

What the Buy Now / checkout flow should show

  1. A clear “Buy Now” or “Enroll Now” button on every product/course.
  2. An order-summary / checkout page showing the product name, validity, price, taxes (GST) and the total payable in INR.
  3. A field to collect the buyer’s name, email, phone and (for physical material) shipping address.
  4. A tick-box confirming the buyer has read and accepted the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy (with links to each).
  5. Redirection to the ICICI Bank payment gateway for secure payment (card / net-banking / UPI as enabled), with no card details captured or stored on your own site.
  6. An on-screen confirmation and an email receipt after a successful payment, followed by activation of LMS access.
  7. Clear handling of failed/cancelled payments, with a message and the option to retry.
